Mindfulness can help us deal with most situations more productively. It allows us to stand back from our thoughts and feelings and start to see the world around us in a more positive way. Gradually, we become the observer and notice when our thoughts are taking over in ways that is not helpful to us mentally or emotionally. When we are mindful we are more aware of the present moment, we begin to experience afresh the things that we have taken for granted. Most of us have issues that we find hard to let go off, however by becoming more mindful of the present moment can help us enjoy 

the world around us and understand ourselves better. We stop living in the future or in the past and we learn to not get so caught up in our thoughts. When we live life more mindful, we start to notice when our thoughts are driving our emotions and behaviours. Mindfulness Meditation can help improve physical health in a number of ways. It as been known to help relieves stress and anxiety, support depression, recognise our own behaviour patterns, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, and improve sleep patterns. These are just some of the benefits of mindfulness.
